FUNCTION OF THE MACHINE:
It is an industrial machine that produces "SiS" with its humidifier, air conditioning spraying and Vitamin additive.
One of the features of our machine is; It is the ability to destroy microbes or bacteria, thanks to the Ozone softening and purification feature, which it produces in its own body, before turning the water into mist. With these features, it meets an important need in health, food, agriculture, livestock, dye, printing and yarn sectors.

HOW IS FOG PRODUCTION MADE:
Ultrasonic Piezoelectric Transducer
The operation of the system is based on breaking the water into tiny particles such as 5 microns by pounding the water with ultrasonic waves.
Our machine is designed as two different models; Differences from each other consist of the number of ultrasonic transducers used. FOG-3009 model has 3 transducers, while FOG-3024 model has 25 transducers.
The resonance frequency of the ultrasonic transducer is 1650Khz. The ideal water height is 40mm in order to separate the water above it into 5 micron particles. This situation can be seen in the figures below.
The fog created by each ultrasonic transducer combines to form a fog cloud.
The resulting fog cloud is blown parallel to the surface of the water with the fan and sent to the discharge area
We can monitor the status of the system, date and time, current settings and control functions on the LCD screen of our machine.
